help

hello , about 3 months ago i had unprotected anal and oral sex with other man , 4 weeks later i started to get sick, with sever pain in legs , and neck , some sore throat , lose of appetite, so i went and get some test , hiv antingen -ve at 5 weeks, combo test -ve at 6 weeks, rna by pcr at 6.5 weeks <20 copies, hiv antigen at 12 weeks and 13 weeks both -ve, but at 12 week i start to get lot of small whiteheads on my forehead, and lot of repeated mouth ulcers and mouth pimples , some muscles pain and some sore throat , so could this still be related to hiv or does it look like other std and if its other std what tests should i take

Whiteheads are probably just acne. Try a facewash for a week or two and see what happens. I doubt this is caused by an STD. Mouth ulcers, without actually seeing them could be either HSV 1 or possibly syphilis(Which would be incredibly rare). I would recommend that you pursue testing for herpes, syphilis, gonnorrhea and chlamydia. These are all easily treatable or controlled(herpes).

Modern HIV test are considered conclusive at 12 weeks. Your multiple test results indicate that you do not have HIV. Most people will show positive within 4-8 weeks. Because of the nature of your exposure I would recommend you contact a local STD clinic. This was a very high risk event. However, keep in mind most exposures do not result in infection. I would assume you would want to be tested for the following, gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes, syphilis and perhaps Hep B if you have not been vaccinated. Remember always verify HIV status with partners and use condoms for all vaginal or anal sex when outside of a monogamous relationship. I hope this helps. AiA
