thankx for responding i have a book that tells all that the kind off doctoring stuff nd n sc u need a parental consult until u are 18. it was only oral sex nd it was about 1 minute long besides it did happen over 6 weeks ago but my mom would get really worked up over it nd if it turned out to be nothing she would have been so overwhelmed already nd i see no reason to pull her into this if it nothing so is there a way i can tell from home without telling my mom about this, or wat if i had my sister take me to the doctor, she is my guradian if my parents were to die so would that work as well

Hon, nothing is shocking these days!  :0)

It depends on what your exposure was whether you placed yourself at risk for STD's.

Planned parenthood is always an option for STD testing...you can go in as a minor for testing without your parent's consent or knowledge.  At least you could when I was a teen.

I would always always recommend you go to your parents, however if you are too scared to do that...I would rather at least see that you went and got the appropriate testing.

If you feel like sharing a bit about your exposure...we may be able to help you more.
