The only question I want to ask is that is there any tiny or small risk at all from this king of exposure.

Did you have unprotected sex with the door handle? You did not have an exposure.

i have read from this site that hiv is not transmitted through environmental surfaces. but, what if the same surface like the pointed door handle pricks another person & scrathes such that blood come out. is this also a no risk situation. if you could explain this .
