hiv and life span

just wondering im 23 and say if i was diagnosed with hiv , would my life span be shortend , i know many ppl have died from aids , but is it true that with the new drugs and treatment available these days that you can live a normal life span and not die early ?

You're not going to be diagnosed with HIV anyway, you NEVER had a risk.

thanks , i really hope for every sufferer of this virus that they will soon find a cure , a read some information that they found a mutation drug called kp that mutates the virus so much that it destroys it , i will live in hope if im pos
