Gotta love on sentenced answers.
What else do you need to know?
Well I wanted to know if it was really that accurate... I keep reading that it's not used for diagnostic purposes but on the website where they offer they say it's fda approved for such purposes. SO I don't know.
Well, you need to follow the testing procedures of wherever the test is being administered
I'm sure I got tested way past the window period of that HIV RNA test witch is 10 to 13 days. I got tested at 27 days.
Testing past the window period is what you want. When did you test with your DUO test?
Dude i tested past the window period for the hiv rna qualitative test... no doctors herw?
The RNA test is only used when someone is already infected to test their viral load. Take the DUO test at 28 days.
What are you so confused about???? I'm giving you the right answers
If thats the case then what is the difference between hiv rna qualative and hiv quantitative? If its meant for people that are already infected then why did the fda approve the hiv rna "qualitative" test for diagnosing hiv before serocinversion?
This is from the website i ordered the test from
"HIV RNA Early Detection Test?
The HIV RNA Test for Early Detection is conclusive as early as 9-11 days post-exposure. We are the only online STD testing service that provides this FDA-approved RNA- based HIV Early Detection Test. This test looks for the presence of HIV RNA in the plasma of patients. It can detect acute (new) HIV infection without the presence of antibodies (proteins produced by the body to fight against the HIV virus) in the blood. This makes the HIV RNA test the most sensitive and accurate HIV early detection test available on the market today."
Thats why im confused. If that test can detect hiv before the body develops antibodies then why is tha guy sauing otherwise?
I asked when you tested with your DUO test and you failed to tell me.
I got tested 27 days after exposure
I think you're confused with hiv rna qualative and hiv quantitative. Go to stdcheck.com and read about their fda aporoved hiv rna test for early exposure.ps i got tested at 27 days

At 27 days post exposure that's 4 weeks post exposure if your p24 levels would have been peaked and u would have been positive . Means ur 99 % negative but do follow guidelines that's 8 weeks and 12 weeks post exposure . An 8 week never changes as per noted doctors .Tc
Also I suggest you stop taking rapid tests and u should believe in lab tests .proper blood based lab tests .they are highly accurate . U order stuff from net without checking out with the doctors anyways
The reason why I did that is because I know I made a mistake. I had protected sex but the condom ended up breaking. It was stupid. I didn't want to wait 3 months to get tested due to me constantly thinking of having caught something. I didn't just go to a website and order an HIV rna test. I looked for different kinds of tests and their different window periods. But what confused me was that people kept saying that the test I took was for people that were already infected when on the website I ordered the test from it said it was fda approved for diagnosing hiv before the body even develops antibodies.
