ACUTE PHASE DURATION

Good day-I am an African guy who had sex with a girl who is rumoured to be positive.I first had sex during the fiirst intercouse and withdrew and ejected outside. In the next round I used a condome. After 2 weeks i experienced a fever and dry mouth with my toungue turning white from the top and after 3 days the whole tongue was covered in white stuff.I tried to brush it off but to no awail.I also had a runny stomach and swollen nodes in my groin without pain.I got tested 3 months afterwards with a quick non laboratory test and tested negative( the cassette type where they prick your finger and run two tests side by side).

1) Can I be content that my test is negative completely?
2) Do i need to test again at 6months , 9months and 12months
3) The woman who tested me said i am no longer in the acute phase...thats the symptoms phase right? and what of the layer of white stuff on my tongue?
4)I dont want to do this again and learned the hard way, 3 months was sheer hell. Can I have a normal relationship with a girl.
5) If this is not caused by aids what else can I test for?

You also have a conclusive negative test result. You don't have an HIV concern.
