Will someone be infectious after a week of contracting hiv, or is this to early, as hiv aint reproduced :s. And if they are infectious, how infectious.

As long as they didn't have unprotected sex with someone else and didn't tell you about it.

not always the case, you need to check your own status... they were not infected by you but not every exposure leads to infection
