hiv issue

Sir, Will have sex with african lady, the tears of that lady touched or entered in my eyes,

Is it any risk of hiv or std, please help me

It'd be for things such as expiry dates, miss use and breakages.
If it doesn't break, you were protected.

Sir, move along means that condom protects hiv transmission fully.

Why condom is 85% is it because it can break anytime.

That sounds like outdated info.
Saliva, tears and sweat are not infectious.

Sir, in most website it is saying that in tears there are hiv infection and it is low risk.

I am afraid of low risk.

No risk. Tears are not infectious fluids. Nor is sweat or saliva.
