Risk of frottage?

Firstly thanks for reading my thread.
I'm very scared now.
Last month I went to a massage shop and had frottage with a girl. She rubbed her vagina againt my penis(it was my first time of receiving this service) and now i'm very scared of this incident.
I have 2 question for risk of hiv transmission :
What if she had menstrual blood during frottage ? (the room was too dark to see). I'm afraid of possible abrasions during frottage which increase the risk?
I had a Determine HIV-1/2 test at the time of 4 weeks and the result is negative. Is this result is believable?Do i need a test at  6 weeks and 12 weeks later ?
Thanks in advance for any reply. (also sorry for my poor english).

Thanks for replying me.
So many thanks if you kindly give me some references which explain about this "no risk of HIV transmission" situation.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for kindly, fastly replying my question.
As i imagine the worst case: she had menstrual blood, and there were possible abrasions during frottage. Did your last comment still right for this worst case ?

Because you didn't do anything to cause the blood to enter your body.

Thanks for early replying my question.
But can you explain for me why i was not at riskof contracting in case of contacting with menstrual blood .
I'm now study abroad, so i can't ask anyone about this incident. I can't sleep well because of this incident.
Thanks in advance.
