hiv risk during menstruation

I was having sex with high risk prostitute and after I realized that she was on her period. I was wearing my boxers during the sex (heard that helps protection) and wore a condom but there was blood ALL over my boxers. I am sure that some got on my penis when she took the condom off and was jerking me off, although while I was in her the condom was on. Is there a HIV risk from the blood from the boxers and around my area that could have got on my penis after she took the condom off and was jerking me off for five minutes? What if that blood rubbed into my penis from the boxers while she was jerking me off after the intercourse as well as when I put my pants back on and went home without realizing my boxers had blood all over them. Some more info, I am uncircumcised so I heard that also increases risk.

2 weeks later I had fever, cough, headache flu like symptoms. Now this is week three and a half and the fever went away but I am having one symptom: some discomfort in my lower abdomen/stomach area.  I have been reading this is a symptom and am very very worried. Is this a symptom, Did I put myself at risk? What is my risk?

Yes--110% sure--HIV cells are damaged when outside the body.

you had NO risk

the head of "mr willie" was covered.  any blood, on your boxers, would have been rendered inactive because of exposure to air / elements.

transmission takes place INSIDE the body...when a penis is inside a vagina / anus.
