hiv risk in bali

hi, i am a 26 year old male. i have had two previous sexual partners. recently, in bali, i solicited a prostitute for a blowjob. after a while she coaxed me into having sex. i used a condom for the oral and penetrative sex. some where during the last 3 minutes or so the condom broke, i did ejaculate. i entered a crazy panic and took her to get anti pregnancy tablets which she demanded and then went to the local hospital. however there hiv clinic was closed on sundays so i could only start duviral, the pep after 28hours of potential exposure. the lady said that she had been tested negative 2 months before, but i can obviously not believe her submission. perhaps her concern over pregnancy is a good sign. also, she had condoms on her. my intial test for hiv, as i expected was negative. what are my chances of surviing this? i am taking duviral every 12 hours and intend to finish the 30 day course...

sorry, another question... is the absence of intiial symptoms such as fever and rash a good sign, or is there existence mitigated by the taking of peps?

It is a risk.  PEP lowers it (seems extreme given that the prostitute is unlikely HIV+).  Get tested in a few months.  Make sure that you're using condoms that are packaged correctly.  If they aren't packaged in the air bubble, they become brittle.  Also, make sure that they are not expired.  Use lube too.
