hiv risk/std chances

Hello,

For 2 days ago I went to a "massage" place, I got massage for like an hour before she started to masturbate me(while having the jeans on). She did it because of discretion(it's a place mainly intended for massage, but I believe she has been a prostitute before cause I asked her), after a while of getting masturbated with my jeans on (the jeans was between her hand and my penis) it started to hurt a bit, and after a while she took her hand inside my pants and masturbated me for like 1-2 minutes, then I went to the bathroom and finished of myself. But that's all, I did not have sex with her, and she did not have any mouth contact with me.

When I got home my penishead had red rashes on 2 places as well as a little bit red rash on the foreskin. The day after it seemed like one of the 2 places on the penishead is a bit bloody-ish. and the few first times when I went to the toilet to pee it felt like a scorching pain like feeling(afterwards). but that was just mainly the first times I went to the toilet after the incident.

My question now is, can I have gotten an std or even HIV of this? I believe the rashes appeared was because I had the jeans on when she started masturbate me, but I'm not sure. but if the jeans made a sore, and afterwards if she touched that sore with her hands, I'm afraid I could have gotten an STD/HIV(?). If it was not the jeans that made the rash, what kind of STD is it that the symptons can show up so quick? what is my HIV risk of the encounter? Should I test myself for STD/HIV ?

Thanks in advance, hope someone can give me an informative answer!

Thanks for the answer Teak,

but what about other STD's, is it possible to get other types of STD this way?  Do I need to test myself before having unprotected sex with my girlfriend? If it was not the jeans that made the rashes/sores, Is it possible that symptons can appear this quick, just an hour/2 hours after such encounter?
