hello I had an exposure yesterday.  It was my first ever encounter with a girl.  I am virgin male aged 18.  I just turned 18.

My exposure is from a cheap massage parlour in Africa.  I lied down naked on a towel which was used by others.  So my bare penis and body touched it.

So with the girl it was as follows:

I touched her panties near her vagina and then inserted my finger inside to touch her vagina and anus also.  Using same fingers I rubbed my bare penis head and urethra opening.

She then did a handjob on me till completion.  NO oral or penetration.

I am scared because I transferred her infected vaginal fluids to my penis head and urethra opening.  I am ashamed.

Help me please.  What is my risk for any HIV????
