hiv test question

Hello I am a male. 4 weeks ago I went to a massage house. I received protected oral but I couldn't get an erection so I made the stupid decision to take it off. She performed oral sex and warned me not to ejaculate in her mouth. The unprotected oral sex lasted less than 2 mins. I masturbated and ejeculated without her help. After 2 weeks I started freaking out and got tested for all stds swab, urine and blood tests all came back negative. I know it was too soon for some so I will get tested on wednesday again which will be 28 days. I will get the 4th gen elisa duo again.
my questions are: I have a cold/flu and bronchitis right now, would that affect the results?
will it be conclusive at that time?

Thanks james.  You have no idea how much help you have been this past month. You were literally the only person I spoke to. Thanks again man. I will test for hiv and syphilis since I already paid for it and for my own peace of mind. Just out of curiosity, would bronchitis flu and cold affect or modify the hiv test itself??

As you were told in the STD forum, you had no HIV risk.
