hiv test

hi i had a hiv elisa  blood test done at 89 days, i day short of 90 days and it was negative. my question is are these results conclusive. what are the chanced that i will be positive at six months.

can two steroid shots, one at 3 weeks after exposure and a second one 5 weeks after exposure and long term topical steroid use for eczema delay hiv antibody production and detection. basically does that mean it will delay hiv seroconversion although i experienced symptoms 3-4 weeks after exposure
