hiv through cool water?

hi. i've a question that recently happened to my friend,
he took a cool water packet from shop owner. before drink it water my friend saw a slight amount of blood. the gap between he took from shop owner is 5seconds. what are the chances of contracting if the blood is hiv infected.
i hope any will give accurate answer.

nothing. he just paranoid. actually the shop owner also make pan(india special). so, the chemical color also is red. he don't know what was that.anyway thanks for rapid reply.

And the chance of it being blood is probably almost zero and even if it was blood why would he drink it? I ask that some critical thinking be done in this case. But I also agree 100% with what you have been told.

Once HIV virus is exposed to the air it immediately becomes inactive/uninfectious, so your friend had no HIV transmission chance.
