hiv worries

Hello doctor,
I have protective vaginal sex three times single night with a sex girl in Dubai on 31/12/2011.i don’t know her visa or HIV status.
After 10 days I have strong cough with lot mucus that last 2-3 weeks. During that i have low temperature but it last one 3-4 days.so i got worried and ran to hospital and I asked for my HIV testing. Doctor suggested ELISA and it turned negative. i became calm and took my leave and met with my wife. I stayed with her about 6 weeks. During these six weeks I remained busy in some laborious work of my house and I start feeling minor muscular pain but that not last too long and it vanish after few hours (2-3). i felt it like traveling in my body. i again became worried and consult the doctor and he suggested to have a test gain. On 17/03/2012 HIV combo test (HIV 1, 2 Abs/Ag +p24) has been carried out and it was non-reactive with 0.12 values. I again become cool and remained busy in my activities. My small muscle pain remained continue. during that I got about 2-3 small spot on one of my lower lips and also in 4-5 weeks of my leaves my wife suffered soaring of throat with flue yet she told me that she had eaten some citric fruits so it happened. She recovered within 6-10days. Yet all these things put me in a lot depression and anxiety. i again consult with same doctor (an experienced pathologist) and he told me that you should not be worry at all as your both test result are negative and it is only your anxiety.
I returned back to Dubai and tried to keep myself busy in my routine work. My muscular pain remain continue and i start feeling small pain under my arms in my neck few times in my jaws and also sudden starched like conditions for few minutes in my body skin at different places. During that a 5-6mm red spot appear at my sole and it last for 3-5days.i was in extreme anxiety and very much worry about the things. i rushed to a STDF clinic and consult again a doctor. He told me that in my case there is a very low possibility of risk factor yet to be content yourself you can have PCR along with Antibody test. I took both tests on 17/04/2012 (after 15 weeks of my blinder). Antibody test (HIV 1, 2 abs +p24ag) used CMIA Methodology and again it was non-reactive with 0.10 values. This test has been carried out here in Dubai and same day i got the result. PCR test sample has been sent to India and PCR DNA test was carried out from SUPER RELIGARE LABORATORIES LTD (cap accredited laboratory) and bot HIV 1 and HIV 2 DNA was not detected.
I remained cool and calm few days yet i could not get rid of all thinking. Mean time as three weeks past that i came back and as i left all fatigue work back to my home my pain has vanished yet previous week i start feeling bit pain in one side of front side throat vain. Also a white spot (5-6mm) inside my throat appeared. On back my home my wife again feeling flue like condition with mild fever a lot sneezing during late night or early morning hours yet in her in 3-4 month opinion she had pollen allergy so she has such conditions. here i consult with two different doctors they examined my glands and throat in their opinion as all test report are okay so i should not worry about the HIV infection. They advised me to take another test after six month and do gargle with warm salt water and if throat is not okay consult an ENT specialist. I did the same that reveled my throat pain yet white spot still resists and still I feel suffocation without any swallowing pain.
I am still in much anxiety, worry about my family. I am extremely sorry for taking your time and elaborating my all happening so long yet it will be a very kind if you reply me back of my following queries; I will pray for every happiness and comfort of your every moment of your and your family life;
- I did Elsa after four weeks it too earlier for this test?
- I did combo after 12 weeks and CMIA after 15 weeks should both test be as reliable as elisa and should I be content myself and what about their timing in my case as I feel that may I be too earlier or late and may escape the exact detection period.
- I did PCR after 15 weeks and no DNA was detected. Are after 15 weeks pcr is accurate as earlier. I have seen many sites saying PCR is reliable with in earlier weeks.
- What test should I have to go after six month either I have to take test or no need?
- As it is about 10 weeks past that I have met with my wife. She doesn’t have any other issue except that I have written. Should she under go any test or no need.
- What are the signs or symptoms I told to you; in your expert opinion how seriously should I take or consider it as for as HIV is concern.
- I have much anxiety about this matter.  Can I relate my few physical symptoms with depression or anxiety?

Please I required your advice.

Your symptoms are nothing but anxiety, your 12 week result is conclusive and you do not need any more testing for HIV,as such you never had a HIV concern as you had protected sex. This is not a forum for STD's but you definitely got exposed to STD's and I suggest you see a doctor for that and get tested. For analysis of symptoms please post in the STD forum.
