yeah i have read that on a few sites but blood does transmit hiv but it doesnt state how much blood is needed to pass on hiv if the mouth problem oral thrush went away i would feel better its been tested at hospital and is resisitant to nystatin ive had 3 lots of that and 3 lots of fluconazole and dakatrin gel do you know of anymore treatment i could use and would oral thrush make my blood count abnormal
Saliva is not infectious and contains over a dozen different enzymes and proteins that inhibit HIV transmission.
so even if there was any blood present mixed in with salvia does that not cause any risk sorry for asking to many questions just ive never been in this place before
You never had an exposure. HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug abusers
Mother to child
the risk was just a deep kiss by a man who i now believe is hiv positve and was at the time a cocaine user but i didnt no that then i have been tested for hiv and the tests say negative but the gp says i have an infection in my blood but they do not no what as hiv as apparently been ruled out even though im still not well with all these symptoms
You didn't have an HIV test. What was your exposure?
