what about from fluid on the condom or if some gets off the bottom or on your testicles. I have read you have a 1 in thousand chance even with a condom with a high risk individual with hiv who takes drugs uses needles and is a prostitute i dont know if any of the three met that crateria but it would still be possible to get the virus
