Received oral sex

I had a massage exactly a month ago from today. During the massage, the woman started giving me unprotected oral sex for a couple of minutes. Also, she did a bodily massage before that where skin touching involved. My question is that, are there any risk of getting an STD and most importantly HIV?

Since two days ago, I started to feel the following symptoms:
A very mild fever
Runny nose
Mild sore throat
Mild headache
No other symptoms I've felt since the incident.

The thing that scares me the most is that I live in a very conservative religious country where testing for STDs could harm me in many different ways. No need to mention that if I really did caught a STD or worse HIV that would ruin my life totally!

Thanks
