Handshakes are no risk ?

I went on a date and towards the end the guy went to the washroom and when he came back he shook my hand and I left. I found out he likes to have sex in washrooms and risky sexual behaviour in general.
I don't know what he was doing in that washroom before he shook my hand.
A few hours later (maybe 4) I masturbated myself, although I cleaned my hands twice before doing it. As far as I understand there is NO RISK from handshaking, how does that apply if he had semen/blood on his hands and some residual fluid was left somewhere and me touching my penis after.
Can I forget about this? Thanks

It doesn't apply, it is still no risk.
