i got skin rashes

I had sex on february 13th with condom but don't no it break or not. today i am seeing some rashes on my chest and shoulder and in head is this symptom of hiv. It  rashes not create itching but  it is in pink colour please help.

Allergies can start at anytime in your life. No HIV

Very easy to see if a condom broke, you had no risk.

Guys please help me. The doctor said that if u r not using condom means they give treatment for hiv not to spread.i told him used condom but it broke or not i dont know.then the above result came.he told no hiv.but i am having pink rashes in my chest
head.he told it is allergy. But i did not get this type in my life time.

On this month 3rd I met the doctor he told to do hiv test.
today I got the report
SEROLOGY:
Test: HIV 1 & 2
Method: Card(Kit used Tri Dot)
Result: Negative
Method 2: ELISA(kit used MICROLISA)
Value       cut off absorbance          Result
0.002           0.278                           Negative
This was the result and i told about the rashes he told it may allergy.
Is this result ok please tell me...

Rashes is a generic symptom for a wide range of conditions. Very unlikely it is HIV and you can normally tell if a condom broke. Therefore you do not appear at risk for HIV. If you can't get reassurance have a test but it will come back negative
