i know somebody with hiv fear and need help for them. PLEASE respond

i have a friend who has had hiv fear and he woke up this morning with the top half front half of his shirt feeling wet and said his legs were sweating too. is this ars or hiv anxiety. oh, snd here are his reasons (he sent them to me):(since october, bt dint really wory till february but stopped 5th of may). I used to stck my hand in my back undr my shirt n scratch pimples like 200-800 times a day (no exaggerating). what would b the risk if there was hiv + blood in every one of these times? 2.(feb 27) went 2 use bathroom, put bookbag on ground n dint touch any part of me till 10-15 minutes later (blood probably would've dried). however, on march 21-25 i had night sweats. what's the risk? is this ARS? 3.(between march 10-14) saw cm of blood at bottom of cut n then bled. what if the blood was fresh n it was hiv + blood n it got in my wound? what if it was hiv + blood that cut/poked me n it was hiv + blood getting in my wound? what's the risk? 4.(march 18) got done jogging, saw a 1 inch wound on my thumb (wide and long) with blood in it. what's the risk if it was not mine but hiv + blood? 5.(march 31) saw a 1 inch in diameter spot of dried blood on my shorts n it wasn't mine. what's the risk if it was fresh n i touched it n it got into a wound? before all this (around september) some jerk threw a dirty shirt at me. what if the shirt had blood and it got in a wound? what's the risk? 6.(june 26, july 4, july 13) i touched doorknobs and things (3 times each of the following days) then scratched my self. but wat if there was hiv + blood on my hand and i scratched a pimple off and the blood got in a wound? what's the risk if that happened? 7.a month ago, i saw a cm blood stain on my shirt at night while in a public bathroom. what would be the risk if the blood was hiv+ and when (if) it was fresh, i touched it and got it in a wound by my eye or anywhere? or am i being paranoid. i also had depression and fatigue sept. 20-23 and some depression and fatigue from oct. 2-oct. 7 (now) as well as mild night sweats on my chest waking up a couple nights ago. are these ARS symptoms? 8.i fell down on the blacktop a week ago and scraped myself. what would be the risk if hiv + blood was on the asphalt where i scraped myself and it got in? i checked the scab when i got back home, and there was no blood on my skin. or am i being paranoid? 9. i've touched the backs of treadmills like 700 times jogging. what would be the risk if hiv+ blood was on the back and i touched it and it got in a wound? what would be the risk if it happened every time? what if a few (like 5 or 6 times)? what about just once? 10. oct 15, i had a 12 hour old cm long papercut and it touched a sink handle. after i got in my class, i saw some remnants of almost dry or dry blood as i rubbed the wound on paper. what would be the risk if the sink handle had hiv+ blood and it got in the wound if there was a wound?

11. today at lunch, i got some corn nuts out of the vending machine and ate them from my palm. what would be the risk if:

1. hiv + blood was on the corn packet, got on my hand then on the corn nuts, and in my mouth?

2. what would would be the risk if had a cut on my lips or in my mouth and blood got in there? i didnt eat them until 1 minute after i got them. or am i being paranoid?
i was playfighting with my friend in the park and afterwards, i saw a cm sized wound. now he was at the table about 8-15 minutes before me, and what would be the risk of hiv or any std if there was hiv+ blood on the table, got on his shirt, and that wound (when it was open) touched it? what would be the risk if it was dot sized drop of blood? what about inch sized drop of blood? or am i just being irrational? had a paper bag protruding out of a paper bag three weeks ago and it scratched my leg in a city that had 16.1/13,554 hiv poz people in 2007 three weeks ago. wat would be the risk if the protrusion caused a cut and hiv poz blood got in? it was on my leg, so i cant see if i had any scabs or wounds or not. three weeks after i woke up with a 1 inch sweat spot and sweat at night the two nights before. is this ars? or is it from the high level of stress i had since monday? monday night, i went bowling and it got dark in there but we could still see (it glowed too). and the day after, i saw a half cm long n 1/4 cm wide wound. what would be the risk if i had that that night and it was fresh and touched hiv + blood.to make it worse, i wore a black sweater so i cant easily see if there was blood or not whats the hiv risk? or am i paranoid? also, when someone bowls and the ball goes through the gutter to the person, if there was any blood, would it be cleaned on the way? I've also had nite sweats 6 times from march 21 to july 17, fatigue and depression from july 17-july 21, and a canker sore from may 20-may 28. are these ARS symptoms? I didn't do PEP for any of these because my mom won't let me (i'm only 16.5). is testing or PEP warranted? n if a 6,7,8,9, or 10 week test isn't definitive but extremely encouraging, what's the chance it changes from negative 2 positive?
