if you have angular cheilitis after 4-5 months of exposure can it be HIV

Okay this may take a minute to read,

Here's my story or situation as i may call it, i had two possible exposures to HIV infection with these two i do not know their HIV status if i did i most certainly wouldn't be stressing over it 24/7 which has caused me to not be able to think straight. anyhow the first time was towards the middle of may and i had interactions with this person for two weeks about, but after two weeks i took a Home pregnancy test and they came out a very light positive i was having symptoms and all can those symptoms have been ARS ones i cant recall all of them but would you have ARS symptoms and still have a high white blood cell count of 8.5(8,500). also i had exposure in June which would of been the three-four week mark which i had no symptoms that i can recall that would trigger me to think it was ARS, i mostly dealt with nausea and food aversion from being pregnant. then when i found out i was pregnant by taking home test i had to call my obgyn whom when it came around time to do all the first visit stuff said that it was recommended that i take a HIV test, this was around July 19th at this point i would of been about 2 months past exposure and no symptoms then i got a call from a nurse saying i would need to get this test i opt out because i didn't see any need to get one done since i felt no indication i needed one done. but i got to thinking about it and i have whats called HIV Anxiety; which is a fear of having HIV. anyways so all of sudden i started getting ARS symptoms because of scared of getting the test done and it actually coming out positive. my ultimate question is can you get ARS symptoms after two months of exposure and is it possible that its all anxiety because i wasn't experiencing no symptoms i can recall until the nurse who called told me i should get tested. i am scared and worried i do plan on getting tested because i was told that you should wait 6 months to be tested to rule out any possible false positives or negatives., i also since after the call from the nurse been getting night sweats and that could be due to stress and aniexty but i also have PCOS which can bring this on from time to time. i had a doctor tell me that she doesnt see any indication that i would have HIV but i am still worried about it.

i am also type 2 diabetic and about the pregnancy it turned out to be a fasle positive which the doctors and i believe it was what is called a chemical pregnancy.

Forget about symptoms just test at the correct time.

thanks because i read that no one would get ARS symptoms 4 months or 2 months after exposure that they usually happen 2-4 weeks after exposure of being possibly infected.

What exposures?and 6 months is wrong--3 months is all it takes to obtain a conclusive negative result.
