HIV Risk?

Hello everyone,

4 weeks ago I had a hook up with a guy. We gave each other oral and he came but i didn't swallow but I'm sure some went to my stomach. After 3 weeks I had fatigue that continued for almost a week. And now, after exactly 4 weeks after I have a red rash on my belly. I also developed it on my shoulders and collar bones but it's not so severe there.

It's itchy but not so much. But my skin is really sensitive on that areas.

Can those be signs of HIV infection? Is there a possibility I got infected?

They are most likely signs that you are over analyzing your body in fear, based on the faulty premise that you had an HIV risk and might be dying which you actually aren't. No one in 40 year HIV history got it from oral because it is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva.
See doc if you are worried about your body, but it isn't HIV.
