i have a freind she had anal sex ,raped, from a guy who is sexually active
after 9 week she develope fever sneezing sore throat cough for about 3 to 4 days .these symptoms gone after antibiotic and antipyretic use .then mild rash appeared in shoulder and legs last for 2 and half week ,she suffer many times from rash as she had sensative skin specially afer skin waxing which she done before its appearance . .the day symptoms appear she got blood tests before abdominal operation one of them was hiv antibody which was negative .this test is 65 ,9 week, after risk .is it enough or need to retest after 3 months

the hospital test is negative.she dosent think in hiv just i am worried on her and i cant ask her to do test not to make here in psychic stress .my question is it enoucgh for 9 week test to exclude possability of infection
