is it HIV ???????????

Hi all . I'm very paranoid at the moement of catching something after have protected sex with prostitute. She gave me protected oral at first because she said that my penis had to be hard before  any vaginal penetration. After that i had vaginal intercourse with the same condom ( i know its stupid of me) i didn't see any break though. After ejecaulation in her vagina, i checked the condom and i didnt see any slippage or breakage. That was my last sexual encounter which was on 27 of june 2009. A week after that, i noticed  red bumb on  my penis which was not panilful nor itching. At first i thought it was a genital wart. But after a while i started to have burning pain on my panis specially on the tip of penis. I then started to think that it was herpes. however, the red bumb was there for more than 2 weeks though i can see it became dry and formed scab. After that  i went to the walk in clinic in Cardiff. Following examination and taking history, the doctor told me that he is 99% that this is not herpes nor wart. He took a swap of the lesion and did all tests for STDs which was 3 weeks after exposure. All test came back negative including the swap. But he did not do blood test for herpes because they dont do it in that clinic as they think that is not reliable. The doctor diagonose my lesion as folliculitis.

Anyway, though i wasnt very convinced with the diagnosis but i was releaved for the negative tests. However, a week after that, i started to have fasciculation on different parts of my body but mainly in my left leg. I also had strange burning pain on different parts on my leg. I also had penile pain with burning sensation of the tip. I also had water droplets sensation in my legs.. I went to my GP the strange symptoms of " water droplets and burning sesation, and he diagnosed it as peripheral neuropathy. I  strated to freak out because i heard that PN is a sign of ARS.  Today, i had diarrhea and nausea and stomach upset, which is also a sign of ARS :(

so to summarise my symptoms:

1-red painless bump with rash on me panis one week after exposure (  the lesion is still there though is 6 weeks now from exposure)

2- penile pain with burning sensation 3 weeks after exposure

3- 4 weeks after exposure i statred to have wierd burning sensation on diffrent areas like buttocks, thighs, legs, feet with water sensation and fasculation specially on the left side and maily the left leg.

4- 6 weeks from exposure: stomach upset and diarrhea and nausea


Guys, please help me.. whats going on ????? is it HIV ?? is it herpes ????  what the possibility of me cathing HIV with these symptoms. Please i want an answer. The stress and anxiety is killing me

Thank you for your reply.  But what do u think of the the symptoms i have ?  and what do u think of the some HIV positive people who claim that they caught it even with the use of condoms ? my GP told me that Condoms are not 100% effective. So, after hearing that with the symptoms that i already have i started to live a very stressful life !

How can you have symptoms of HIV when you didn't have a risk?
You can't use symptoms to diagnosis HIV and again you did not have a risk.

You never had a risk of contracting HIV.
