HIV through needle infection.

I am afraid that i have HIV through needle infection.

Recent symptoms i had.

After one week of needle infection.
I had white color pimples on my lips

Second week
I had diarrhea and followed by fever same night.
Went to doc and took medicine for the same.

Third week

diarrhea partially stopped and i get fever during night and i sweat a lot.

Fourth Week

i see red pimples on my neck and chest (totally i have 5 pimples) and in addition to this i keep getting fever during nights and sweat a lot and i have rashes on my back.
I feel irritation while passing urine and my testicles are bit swollen, it was for 2 days and its normal now.

I have muscle pain on my shoulders and legs.

25 days test showed negative. But i am quite worried. These are the symptoms of HIV and i have them.

Please let me know am i infected or do i have other STD's

I have an question i got tested for HIV and HBsAg 23 day after.

Test values 0.213
Control values 0.4323
HIV TEST (ECLIA)
Non Reactive 0.3
HIV Cut off value: 0.697

After 6 weeks

HBsAg  0.328
Control values 0.4323

HIV 1 and 2 Screening Antigen

Non Reactive 0.401
HIV Cut off value: 0.697

is it an sign of worry.

You don't have an HIV concern. You don't contract HIV from being poked, scratched or nicked by a needle.

Recently i had been to an movie in an local theater and i felt some needle prick on my back and  I was bleeding. I was not able to find the guy who did it as it was dark. I was afraid it was an an needle infection, later i went home and washed the wound on my back with dettol. After this i am having these symptoms.
