is this chlamydia, hepatitis, tb, hiv, gonorrhea?

Hi, everyone. This has been my story for the past three weeks or so:

I was feeling depressed due to a failed relationship and decided to drink a bit (which ended up to be more than a bit) and decided it would be a good idea to have sex with a sex worker. In short, the intercourse lasted for not much longer than 10, maybe 15 minutes and the condom broke down during vaginal sex - which is pretty much everything I did. As soon as I noticed it, I stopped. About a week later some sort of white discharge started to drip out of my urethra. No pain, almost no discomfort apart from the fact the sticky liquid kept coming out. I waited for two days to look for a doctor. On the day I was scheduled to visit the doctor, I had a night sweat, lost my appetite and had some sort of dizziness, confusion, vertigo I can't really describe. The doctor said I had a urinary tract infection and prescribed me azitromicin for the first day (two capsules) and ciprofloxacide for seven days (twice each day).

On the first day, after taking two capsules of azitromicin and one of cipro, I sweated a lot and had diarrhea. Then, as the week passed, all hell broke loose with other strange effects (I don't know if it's an infection, side effects or another kind of disorder): I had anxiety, panic attacks, fear that other weird symptoms might show up, mild nasal congestion, some difficulty breathing, depression, insomnia, nightmares, tiredness, rapid heart rate, chills, a bit of back pain, sweaty hands and feet but mostly on and off dizziness/vertigo.

The urinary tract infection is gone, but the tip of the penis is a little bit swollen. Most of the effects are gone, but I still get the on and off dizziness/vertigo and sometimes I get the sweaty palms. I feel a bit sleepy sometimes, but maybe that's because I haven't been sleeping a lot. I also have a mild on and off cold. No cough, no fever, no headache. The appetite slowly came back during the ciprofloxacin week.

I am scheduled to do the blood and urine tests next week. What's your take on this situation? Does it look like I had chlamydia or gonorrhea? What are the odds I might have something else like hepatitis or hiv from this single exposure? Are all those effects linked to the antibiotics? I guess I can only rely on the effects that I had before taking them - the loss of appetite, the night sweat and the severe dizziness I had before taking the antibiotics? I am extremely annoyed by the dizziness. Oh, I still have the on and off constipation that seems to come and go during the day. I am trying to figure out if it's related to the dizziness.

I am doing the tests tomorrow. I am just trying to anticipate what I have so I can take measures right away. I am starting to think this is either candidiasis or a side effect from cipro.
