it was false or true

dear doctors:
I've never had sex and never injected a narcotic and also  have no families had been infected the HIV..I surely didn't do anything to risk myself to be infected by HIV..and I had an ELISA test was negative but before that test I did a test with ECL and it had a reactive 14.47 . I am worried ...
which one of those test is more accurate. is ELISA and western blot similar . how long does western blot take it progress ?? does it a month..or less than that??

Then you've never had a risk then to contract HIV.
