Dear Dr,

Im sorry to write to you like this but the site will not let me post for the past two day and in freaking out. In November I was stupid. My wife basicly cut me off from sex after our beautiful son was born. This was over two yeas ago since than we have had sex four times. I was so horny that i would stop at the local rest stop ware the gay married men and some gay single men hang out and got into mutual masterbation this is not my worry. My worry is that on about five of those occasions i let the other guy perform unprotected oral sex on me and twice i ejaculated. One other time in november i had unprotected sex with a 24 yo girl i work with I ejaculated in 2-3 min not inside her. After about 3 weeks to a month after her i Had a full std pannel done all negetive. On dec 24 I recieved oral sex from another guy for about 3-5 min with no ejaculation I was so upset that i was trying to be a good husdband an father that i made him stop and left. I can not keep doing this and am now seeing a shrink for my issues. My problem is now in soooooo scared two weeks ago i got what my dr said was shingles and a sty in my eye I took the anti viral meds and it cleared up in a week. Im sooo afraid that i contraced HIV from one of these people that i now have to take xzanax to relax at all. The last guy i asked if he was clean and he said he was. Im loosing weight have a very deminished appitite and really cant sleep past 6 am at best. I was tested again last saturday and will hopefuly get the test back this saturday. Id be more than happy to send eather dr a check for some input. Im just soooo scared. I want to be there for my son. Iv also been diabetic for the past 25 some ot years. and this is not helping my blood sugars. Pleaseeeeeeee help me. Thank you and happy healthy new year.

ps last week i had gonareia and clamida done and both were negetive.

As far as the unprotected vagional sex. The person with whom i had sex with was a friend and im fairly certan she is clean. I do understand that this is a problem cauz how can i knwo for sure. My question is a numbers one. If the oral sex i discribed is a problem or not. as well as if possibley she did have something what are my chances. Aslo what are my chances with oral. Is the oral i discribed a high risk. Im very scared. I just want to be a good husdband and father from this point on. I am seeing a councler for my fears but i just cant rest. Im actualy terrified. I want to one day see my grand chinldern. Im sorry to be a bother to all of you very nice helpful people. I just want to know what my odds are.

Sorry you said you had unprotected vaginal sex too. You wouldn't be on this forum had you used a condom. You'll have to wait on your test results.

Can't help you with your sexual problems. What we can tell you is that at no time did you have a risk of contracting HIV.
