last post hiv worry driving me insane can't sleep

my first experience 4 years ago i remember having unprotected orals sex , kissing and fingers , there was no anal sex and no vaginal sex but lately i have been worried that what if he inserted the tip of his head in my vagina and i know i would have felt it but what if i can't remember feeling it. Am i overreacting?

Yes you are overeacting.  It seems to me that you are talking more about frottage (rubbing of genitals) this is not a risk of HIV transmission.

Had he penetrated you, you would have known.

If you cannot get the unwarranted fear out of your head, go and test, collect your negative result and move on from the doubt.

You would have known if the head of his penis was in your vagina,you would have felt it.The kissing,fingering and oral sex were zero risk but the penetration may have been a risk if it happened.Look,it,s been 4 years so any test you have will provide you with a 100% conclusive result.It,s up to you if you want to test,only you know if you were penetrated or not.All the best.
