ARS ongoing for 3 months

i believe that i experienced all ARS symptoms since first week of exposure and still now after 12 weeks test i have white pimple on tongue and lower lip and black thin line on thumb nail white tongue strong muscle pain.
tests i did
Compo 4 weeks
Compo 6 weeks
rapid test 12 weeks
I couldn't move on especially developing the mentioned symptoms again after last test as i never had such symptoms before its typical
and i read that window period takes sometimes 6 months.
please advise

You don't have HIV and your symptoms have nothing to do with ARS.
