No one should attempt to diagnose HIV/AIDS from symptoms. There are no real set symptoms as HIV attacks the immune system. Usually if a person is infected they may experience ARS (Acute Retroviral Syndrome) 2-4 weeks after exposure that lasts from 1-2 weeks.

But from what you have explained you have no risk for HIV.  Post in the anxiety forum for further help.  All the best.

Maybe try posting on the anxiety forum?  Because from what you have mentioned you have not had a risk.

i am really stressed out for two months now. I feel my body warm, my stomach, almost always my palm very warm, forehead and limbs. but the back and legs are not warm.i when i use the thermometer its always normal, 36.5 to 37. the feeling is almost always there, only if i sleep with air con it goes down, or i go out and play football also i feel numbeness and burning sensation. i cant understand what is the cause because i have gone through almost all forums and websites but i cant get a conclusion.
And honestly i havent got tested but now i will in some few weeks. I never thought of it cause i have never done sex apart from that once. only deep kissing with girlfriend. i dont think either she is infected as she is virgin.

For starters the doctors on the expert forum consider oral sex as a no risk exposure.

There is no debate (among experts) about the HIV risks associated with oral sex.  The risk is so low that almost nobody who cares for HIV infected patients has ever had a patient believed to have been infected that way.  Among experts, it's a semantic issue about using terms like "no risk" and "very low risk".  There is no difference between my or Dr. Hook's use of "low risk" and other experts' "no risk".
DR. HANSFIELD

"And oral sex is basically safe sex -- completely safe with respect to HIV and although not zero risk for other STDs, the chance of infection is far lower than for unprotected vaginal or anal sex.  Please educate yourself about the real risks.  If you stick with oral sex and condom-protected vaginal or anal sex, you have no HIV worries and very little worry about other STDs. "   DR HANSFIELD

"I am sure you can find lots of people who belive that HIV is transmitted by oral sex, but you will not find scientific data to support this unrealistic concern..."   DR HOOK

"HIV is not spread by touching, masturbation, oral sex or condom protected sex."- DR. HOOK

in the public HIV Prevention forum of MedHelp, TEAK and the other moderators maintain that oral sex in all forms is a zero risk activity. Would you agree with this assessment?
I TOTALLY AGREE / DR GARCIA

The vaginalsex you had was protected so that also provides no risk to you whatsoever.

Do you think that you could possibly be suffering from anxiety?

my exposure was long ago, unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal. a year and a half ago. few weeks ago i had oral open kissing with girlfriend and after two to three weeks had postauricular lymph node confirmed by me and then doc who said it is abnormal. had low grade fever for few weeks now. the node went down only after 5 days, after antibiotic prescription. But the fever is still there for almost one and a half months. i cant understand it at all
