mild onset symptoms

what do you think of these symptoms:
i had a few night sweats (new to me), middle of the night neausea 1 or 2 times (again, new), appetite loss...within 2 weeks after "middle risk" exposure while in mexico. a few months later i got a big cold sore on my lip that lasted about a week. its weird because the morning after my possible exposure i felt a tingling on that spot of my lip. i was already HSV1 positive...could my lip been an infection with HSV-2?? is that possible to have both? and does HSV onset have these similar symptoms as to what i have described above?

the reason i ask is because my symptoms seem much more mild than most of what i have read for hiv. i did not have a rash, no sores, no sore throat or cough (the cough...i could be wrong about...i had been smoking cigs while in mexico and i could have overlooked it as cig related if a cough did exists as i am not usually a smoker and have sensitive lungs). about 4 or 5 months later i got 1 or 2 dime sized psoriasis patches in new places.

ALSO to consider...i likely have LUPUS (positive ANA in 2003 with rather high titer, therefore dismissed). i have had bizzare symptoms my whole life...exacerbated by birth control and sun exposure, stress and menstruation.
given this likelihood, i want to believe that the excessive sun exposure could have been the cause of the symptoms?

i am waiting for my results and just cannot rest. my brain is in overdrive and i cannot function. its been a whole year. why did i wait...because i THOUGHT a test had been done at month 3. after requesting those results to examine from a LUPUS perspective i realized it had not been tested, despite my request along with other STDs. UGH....now my freaking out begins.

it has been a hard year. exactly a year since the event. at month 8 i had a mild chiro visit that left me bed ridden, possibly due to spinal inflamation of sorts? at month 9 i started birth control, YAZ, that i found to be completely debilitating...the last piece in my lupus puzzle. within the 4 months taking YAZ, i began having HSV1 outbreaks (which up to that point this year had been very infrequent), extreme exhaustion, physical weakness, increased psoriasis patches (always had gotten 1 or 2 here and there, but this time on my face). LASTLY, just recently, i have had nearly 1 month of bowel issues. FIRST constipation for nearly 3 weeks. THEN once flushed...diahreah...but even that seems to not want to come out. possibly inflammatory bowel issues?

i have discontinued the YAZ.

i want to dismiss HIV. but as soon as it crept up in my mind after reading the old blood work, i have been COMPLETELY freaking out. cannot function. all i want to do is be on the internet searching for something to give me an answer while i wait.

could you give me your impression. i feel i have pretty much laid it out. anything you can say will help me.

nervous nelly!

No one can anwser this for you a simple blood test can....obviously talking about it is theraputic to you and I believe that should be respected...no one has the right to tell you when to post or how long to make your post they do have the right to not read it if it bothers them so.

a cold sore hiv1 is completley different than hiv  yes you can have both,,,,go get tested  let us know and btw if you do have lupus why are you not a bit more concerned and getting treatment for it ....advocate for yourself...

most of you LONG post is filled with information that is totally irrelevant.  all you needed to say was that you had sex and the condom came off.

let us know the test results.
