Worst mistake of my life

Last week I was in Vegas with some friends. I got way too intoxicated and somehow ended up meeting a girl who is a prostitute. I have no idea how I met her all I know is we ended up in a cab back to the suite me and my friends were staying in.
I ended up paying her for a oral sex which was unprotected. I also fingered her vaginally and anally. I feel like a complete loser because I am married and I never though I could be capable of doing something like this. This is weighing on me very heavily because I have the best wife ever. Doing this never crossed my mind as a single guy, yet for some stupid reason, I did it now that I'm married.
Now I'm terrified I picked something up I will bring home to my wife.
I have been reading the internet like crazy. What I have gathered is that unprotected oral sex is low risk. I'm terrified that I would be the 1 in 10,000 to have picked up HIV from receiving oral sex. I have no clue if her mouth was clean as I was too intoxicated to bother to look (yes I know I'm an idiot)
My question is, should I get tested? I'm planning on it and I guess I'm just looking for reassurance.
Also, what other STI's could I have picked up and what should I get tested for? It's been 3 days since this happened,
Is it too early to get tested?
Sorry for the long question I am just terrified of what I've done and want a little more information as to my options. Thanks guys and gals.....

We can't tell you what to believe, but we can tell you that our forums aren't a venue for debate over our stance that oral sex carries no risk for HIV.  Our stance will not change unless we receive definitive scientific evidence to the contrary.

Thank you Teak. I will post them in that forum.
Why don't websites like the CDC come out and say HIV is not transmitted by oral sex?
They all say its "low risk".
