Sorry sir. I just worried about the cap. It close tight and I worried that there's the air can goes it to it. Is it dangerous because it may be no air. reply me please. I'm very serious. T_____________T"
HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
hey Could you explain me please the difference between syringe and the cap on the chapstick. The cap closed so tight, there is the air in it??? just10hours that the chapstick is in my bag and the air condition room. The virus dies yet?? Sorry for my paranoid being, but I don't quite know the information. Even I bleed at my lips, I am safe right? T____T
Woah...dude...you're taking info you've read and applying it to this situation which is INCORRECT. A cap being on a tube of chapstick is not the same as an airtight space inside a syringe. HIV is not "strong" either. It's actually an incredibly weak and fragile virus. You need to better educate yourself about HIV.
YOU CANNOT GET HIV FROM OBJECTS! Not possible. The cap on the chapstick didn't prevent air exposure if there was infectious fluid.
nPEP is reserved for people who have had a REAL risk (sharing IV drugs, unprotected sex) WITH a confirmed + person.
Put this behind you, it's not a risk.
HIV is not transmitted by chapstick.
