Am I in a risk of exposure?

Hi doctor, I'm gay. 2 months ago I performed a fellatio on my 19 year old bisexual friend for just about a minute. I think his pre-ejaculate got in to my mouth and unfortunately I had an ulcer in my mouth. I didn't let him ejaculate in my mouth. But after he ejaculated a little of his semen got on a little cut near my finger nail. I don't know whether he is HIV infected or not. Is there a possibility for me to get infected if he is HIV positive? (I live in Sri Lanka where it is estimated only 4000 are infected with HIV)
