Anxiety or some infection?

Hello everyone, I'm a 21 yrs male!! Exactly one month ago i kinda have unprotected sex which i have always known was stupid…anyways about two weeks after i started having pains from my lower back to my two legs!! I didn't think much about this as i thought it was just a back pain!! A week after i started having a general feeling of unwellness with my two hands feeling hot but not hot to touch by others which really fuelled up my anxiety i remember one day feeling like my head muscles are being tightened…so i did a CBC which showed some high aspartate value of 44 and increased WbC in liver functions dictor said it was abnormal and could be an infection!! I became super obsessed with googling symptoms of HIV which did me no good!! I went for an hiv test and i was negative but then it could still be early days to test positive and since i've only had sex once my whole life i went with the girl for a test and she tested negative too!! This should make me feel better and sleep but instead my body still fell kind of warm(no fever though but feel nauseous) no whitening spots on my tongue but i do feel some pain on my left salivary gland with no swelling of any kind and oh for a 21yrs old my bp rose to 149!! Sleeping at night has been a problem for some days with the only kind of rest i can get coming from 5am to 10am with my hands feeling warm also there have been a remarkable loss of apetite!!! Pls i know this seem a bit immature but i need some advice doctors asked me to wait another one month but i can't
