please help calm my anxiety

Met a random guy who performed oral sex on me. He was rough, used teeth, and had tounge ring. I ejaculated into his mouth. When I got home about twenty minutes later I noticed small scapes on my penis shaft, from where he must've scaped his teeth, as welll as bruising in two areas of my penis shaft (one in center, ontop of scrapes, the other on base of penis, with not noticable scapes). What are my risks for HIV? I understand oral sex is considered a "risk of theory," and especially low-risk for the person recieving, but with him cutting me while performing oral, then swallowing my semen...i'm scared. I washed with antibacterial soap twenty.minutes after the incident. I called a hiv hotline and planned parenthood and they both said a test is.not necessary but im just ..hiv is my biggest fear

I'm probably being silly, but for the last two days, a little under a week of this incident, my throat has been starting to feel...weird? It's not sore, but kind of tingly sensation? I am from the Northeast, and our weather has been crazy.  I know how "low risk" and to many experts, zero risk, of infection I had...I just worry because of that scratch he caused. It's healed now, but it was like a cat scratch, and just under an inch long. I know I'm probably being paranoid and silly, and I'm going to get tested in a few weeks just for my own self, I just cant really talk about this stuff with anyone else.

Condoms for oral sex aren't necessary for prevention of HIV, only non HIV STDs.  It's always a personal choice, but unprotected oral sex is not a risk for HIV.

You have no worries.

I second RainLover71. When performing or receiving oral sex, its best to use a condom and don't allow your partner to finish in your mouth. Vice versa. Use flavoured condoms if you dislike the taste of oil-based condoms. Always be protected until you feel you are in a safe, secure and monogamous relationship. Cheers. :)
