please help , earing related :(

hi everyone , looking for a professional response please , ive just turned 19 and about to start my course in university. theres been an incident however that I just cant get out of my head,im worrying daily , im having sleepless nights , I just need answers please. a week ago I purchased an earring from a flea market , my piercing which I had gotten the week before was obviously not healed , the earring had no blood as far as I can remember and im sure it was dry, however I bought it and it took me about 10 mins to drive home with the earring in my pocket sealed off from air . I took it home and stuck it in normal bath soap and twisted it in the soap , I then pulled it out and washed the soap off with my fingers and then dried it with a towel , I then poured some ear solution consisting of 99.9% purified water and 0.01% benzalkonium over the stud and back of the stud before sticking it in my ear. I just want to know if perhaps its still possible to catch hiv or hepatitis from this experience . is it possible my cleaning was not thorough enough in the back of the stud or the stud itself , because the back of the stud is enclosed and may have had something in there that could have gone in my ear. please help thank you it would really be appreciated

Yes because the HCV can survive outside the body the HIV virus can't.

No HIV is transmitted sexually, mother to child or IV drug use.
