please help me out. life has stopped for days now after potential hiv exposure

so i had sex in january this year with a prostitute in italy. prostitution is legal here and most of the sex workers can be found on the street. i was freaking out so i got a test in july and tested negative. i dont know why but i decided to have intercourse with a sex worker in the end of september again and i did so with a prostitute who generally stands close to my street, which has many other sex workers as well. i had protected oral sex with the prostitute but she was the one who provided me with the condom and she took it out of her purse. after the oral sex, i had vaginal sex with her but it just lasted about 3 or 4 pumps and we continued to have protected oral sex after that. i didnt go down on her and she never took the condom off. i never came in this encounter which lasted about 5-7 minutes. the weird part is that about two weeks after the encounter, i got a fever which went away after 2 days. i had swollen lymph nodes for a day or two and continued smoking which made them worse but they did go away after 2 days. after that i started experiencing pain in the chest which lasted for 2 days and i went to the physician said that i had a urinary infection. he just checked my tongue and didnt do any further tests. he gave me some antibiotics which i didnt take as the pain went away the next day. it was as if my chest muscle was really tender. i also have had extremely dry skin for a about 6 years which was at first diaganosed as sebohoerric dermatitis and i am worrying if it might be an hiv rash. my tongue seems to be coated with the same white substance as seen in hiv positive people. i am worried that the sex worker used a faulty condom and transferred hiv. what if the condom was not used properly and as i am uncircumcised the chances of transferring are even higher. i cant do anything as i just keep thinking about this. what should i do. i dont have the guts to get myself tested and go to the doctor again. please help me out. what if the condom was used and broken?
i will also post a pic of my tongue and mouth problem which might be related

Man, the point that I was trying to make here is why prostitutes would use ****** expired condoms when they are trying to protect themselves? and lets think for a second that the condom in fact was faulty, expired or whatever, the danger there would be that the expired condom would have had more chances of breaking, but it didn't, so you were protected all the time, trust me, you are fine.

Well, hey there, I guess you are new here, first of all you must know that everyone will tell you (including doctors and experts) that symptoms means absolutely nothing, nothing at all, what matters is your risk, you were never at risk, you had protected oral and vaginal sex, if the condom would broke or slip or anything you would totally know, trust me, and another thing you should know is that prostitutes use condoms to protect themselves from everyone, they not use them thinking something like "Oh, this guy looks like a nice person, lets use a condom to protect him"... ehmm, no, so in conclusion, you were never at risk, you don't even have to test yourself, and keep using condoms always.
