6 weeks ago i got drunk and had unprotected sex with a friend but he says his clean since then i have  had rash located just below my neck line its just like half a circle kinda like a necklace but thicker in width it don't hurt and it aint itchy i have not had any other symptoms but i am worried that he as been less than honest with me and i am worried he may have hiv and passed it on to  me

i have had no other symptoms but still concerned about the rash its not sore or itchy just appeared there yesterday

Symptoms or lack of will not tell you anything about HIV. 3 month antibody test is conclusive. A test now would give you a good indication but must be followed up at 3 months for a conclusive result.
