Is it possible?

Dear Doctor,
I know you are a busy person, but if you reply to me I will be out of gearing-up stress. Its just an humble request.

I have done wrong, i was on an official trip to Thailand and had a sex with a call-girl. The first time was protective, used condom properly and ended up well.

On the second time during the start of the sex I was trying to get in her from the back but was not able to as I changed the side i have observed that my condom ripped I immediatly stopped there. When I asked her whether she is suffereing from any STD, her response was in negative. She assured me that I was not even inside of her at that occassion. But stress got me.

But after two days I started feeling itching around my penis, I went to the doctor and he told me that I have developed fungus, given me a cream to apply and tablets (Ketoconazole) and after two days I was okay.

But after that for many days I was not able to eat and sleep properly. I feel weakness,

Under such circumstances do you think that I got HIV? Kindly need you urgent advice.

Live well,

By "penetrate" he means putting your penis inside of her vagina.  If you did not insert your penis inside of her when the condom broke then there is no risk and no reason to fear.  The fact that you noticed the ruptured condom immediately should only reassure you even more.

This is not the doctor's forum. If you did not penetrate her then you were never at risk of contracting HIV. Your symptoms came on to quick to even be related to ARS.
