The duo test at 25 days is a good indication. But you should of took it at 28 days for a reliable result. I might add the rapid duo test is not as accurate as a lab based duo test. Lab based 4th gen test provide definitive results at 4 weeks or anytime after (Source Dr. Handsfield and Dr. Hook HIV Experts)
You had sex with the massage parlor worker on December 28th, 2015. The worker said she tested on December 30th, 2015 and got her results January 2, 2016.

The VDRL test only detects the presence of syphilis, and there is no test for HIV that will give a 100% conclusive result in 5 days.
There are numerous other STD's that you could have been exposed to besides syphilis and I would recommend you test for those.
While your risk for contracting HIV is somewhat slimmer because of the short duration of the unprotected exposure, because you are trying to have children, my advice is to test for HIV. Even if the chance is lower that you became infected, the fact remains that you would infect your wife who would infect your baby. Not worth the risk.
Have a 4th generation DUO test done at 28 days post exposure and a confirmatory follow up test at 12 weeks.
