Is it possible to test negative at the 12 week mark but positive later?

well if you aren't a chemo patient or chronic IV drug user then how can you be.12 weeks is conclusive for you & the majority of the population.

percentage of rarity for those group of people I mentioned is 3%

if you are healthy and not a chemo patient or chronic IV drug user then the percentage is zero.Infact 99% of people who are infected will test positive by 6 weeks
