possible

About 30 days ago I met a gay guy online and we met that night. we were masturbating each other when he asked if I wanted to try giving him oral. I made him put on a condom and did it for like 5-10 seconds. A few days to a week later my throat had a hot sensation when breathing in. The next morning I blew my nose and hacked up some phlem and blood came out, but my mouth and nose were really dry. Since then, my throat has stayed sore with a hotness radiating, occasional swollen nodes in neck and shoulders, and my nose burns on the inside occasionally. Should I test for hiv even though it was protected? Could his hands have touched precut from masturbating before putting the condom on which maybe got in my mouth? I know testing is the only conclusive way to rule it out, I'm just wondering how anxious, or worried I should be, and if I'm being irrational and no testing is needed. Thanks
