What are the chances I got HIV from kissing and recieving oral sex?

Back in 2006, I recieved oral and made out heavily with a girl I didn't know very well.  When we were kissing she noticed a bit of blood on me, so I went to the mirror and couldn't figure out where it came from, and she couldn't figure out where it came from on her either.  Recently I have had I think Neuropathy.  I have strange burning/cold sensations up and down my body.  All over. My feet fall asleep fairly easily.  I have had 3 blood tests done, and I am not diabetic. I haven't had a HIV test done, because my DR didn't think it was needed. I have never had sex. I do not know her HIV status by the way.  I read that Neuropathy can be a symptom so it scared me. I take medicine for a rapid heartbeat as well.  Some places I read kissing/oral are a small risk, and others I read are no risk.  What are the chances that I have HIV? Thanks.

Um, all I did was explain why I was worried.  I didn't even ask any more questions. Geez. Fair nuff.

The small bit of blood is what I was worried about. Our lips were chapped as well.
