Am I at high risk and when should I be tested?

I recently had a one night stand with someone I picked up from the bar. We did use a condom however we had oral sex and we french kissed. Everything was fine until he took off his shirt. I realized he had purple spots all over his stomach and legs. the were raised I asked him about them and he said they were" scars" I was horrified. to make matters worse I stroked his penis and i have a cut on my finger. I'm really scared. How soon should I be tested? How his is my risk?

You had protected sex. You were never at risk of contracting HIV.
