protected sex

I had a protected vaginal and oral sex with a Thai sex worker in SOUTH AFRICA....she provided the condom,it did not break or leak,after I finished inside her in the condom, I pulled out and she took off the condom and did not see anything wrong about it..do i need test for that??? taking into consideration that it happened in south africa...and one more thing, why doctors used not to recommend testing for protected sex and when they hear Africa,,they do recommend...what difference does it make since protected sex with properly used condoms is 100% safe sex...or maybe its not...i dont know..i really appreciate hearing your opinions cause i know that most of you read a lot about it.
